DURAPRINTER SL

Compact and Light Label Printer Compatible with Cell

Production System

Thermal transfer label printer mounted with a 400 dpi high-density thermal head can be set

on cell production working benches or equipment.

● Compact and light

The width of the product is 210 mm, and the cover can be fully opened upward. Accordingly, other

equipment can stand beside the product. Ideal for places where printer space is limited and the

cell production system where printing and peeling is performed page by page. It weighs only 4 kg,

and can be carried easily from line to line.

● Plastic core employed

A specialized plastic core has been employed for the roll core of the ink ribbon. This is ideal for

printing in clean environments.

● Windows driver compatibility

Can print from general-purpose Windows applications such as Microsoft Word, Code Soft, etc.

Furthermore, label-printing software for FA use (Label Studio.NET) that can print barcode labels

has been bundled, therefore labels can be printed immediately after purchase.

● Command compatibility

In addition to compatibility with Windows drivers, this product can be operated with dedicated

commands. A wide range of sending side devices (such as sequencers) and PC operating

systems are supported.

High-Density Head

The high-performance label printer mounted with a state-of-the-art 600 dpi high-density

thermal head, a sturdy steel body, built-in large storage volume for labels, and a highly

durable cutter enables high-definition and high-precision printing.

● High-definition and high-precision printing

A state-of-the-art 600 dpi high-density thermal head and a 1200 dpi label transfer control system have been incorporated. Equipped with two special-

ized motors for driving an ink ribbon. This product employs technology to prevent tension variation, which can cause printing wrinkles, and is suitable

to sequentially print a large volume of labels.

● High-durability

To withstand the requirements of sequentially printing large volume of labels under harsh conditions of the FA manufacturing process, this product

features a sturdy steel body, built-in large storage volume for labels, and a highly durable cutter as standard equipment.

● Windows driver compatibility

Can print from general-purpose Windows applications such as Microsoft Word, Code Soft, etc. Furthermore, label-printing software for FA use (Label

Studio.NET) that can print barcode labels has been bundled, therefore labels can be printed immediately after purchase. Using Label Studio.NET

enables bidirectional communication printing and batch cut printing (cut printing of a specified number of papers).

● Printing of highly functional labels

With Nitto Denko’s high-performance label DURATACK Series, heat-resistant and chemical-resistant high-performance labels can be printed sequen-

tially. With the high-resolution label (DURATACK 10PN), two-dimensional codes with a cell size of 0.125 mm and one-dimensional barcodes with a

narrow bar of 0.08 mm can be printed clearly.
